It can also be helpful for those young military wives who spouse has recently deployed. We share thoughts here. I am here to strengthen you when times get a little tough. Follow at least one of these tips a once a week
1. Give yourself 30 minutes of me time.
2. Relax and soak in your favorite bubble bath.
3. Unwind with a good book.
4. Get some of your closest friends together. Put together a simple fruit party. A platter of grapes, cheese and beef summer sausage and a great wine. Bobs winery is awesome.
5. Having a few good friends is great! I suggest only sharing your deepest thoughts with one true friend. Remember consider yourself lucky to have one.
6. Surround your home with relaxing candles.(yankee candles) they are great.
7. Try a new hair style, get a good snip and try a new color. You will love it and your hubby will definately love it too.
8. GET RID OFF THE OLE PAJAMAS!!!. Yes ladies this is bad news. Please spice your love life up. Try a simple sleek gown with straps, or try a two piece. He may not say it but he does not like it. Get it together. Never wear the same night gown twice a week. You can get them from ross, they have great sales.
8. Invest in a good set of heels. Gotta get a set of black, red and your favorite color. Get use to wearing them. Practice at home if you need too. Tips are updated every week unless I find something exciting to share.
